NEW FOR 2008! Magic Circles and Resistance Bands at Tuesday and Thursday Pilates classes!
NEW FOR 2008! Monday morning class for Pilates beginners or anyone wanting a gentle session!
Timetable for October - December 2008:

| Tuesday | 7-8pm | Yoga | Amble, Dovecote Centre | £35 for 10 weeks |
| Thursday | 6-7pm | Pilates | Alnwick, Lindisfarne Annex | £35 for 10 weeks |
| Thursday | 7-8pm | Yoga | Alnwick, Lindisfarne Annex | £35 for 10 weeks |
Classes start week commencing Monday 6th October. For the first week only Pilates classes will start 15mins early and Yoga classes will finish 15mins late to allow for paperwork to be completed.
Classes fill up quickly so please download the registration form and send it back in to secure your place.
