The classes for the summer term are all 10 weeks and are as follows,
Saturday - Alnwick - The Squash Club - 1 st May (Sam)
Pilates 10 - 11 (levels 1-2)
True Power Yoga 11 - 12 (levels 3-4)
Tuesday - Amble - Dovecote Centre 4th May (Tracey)
Core Strength - 6 - 7 (levels 1-2)
Yoga 7 - 8 (levels 1-2)
Wednesday - Wooler - Cheviot Centre - 5th May (Tracey)
Personal Training - 6 - 7 (levels 1-2 and 3-4)
Yoga - 7 - 8 (levels 1-2)
Thursday - Alnwick - Lindisfarne Middle School - 6th May (Sam)
Pilates 5 - 6 (levels 1-2)
Pilates 6 - 7 (levels 1-2)
Vinyasa Yoga 7 - 8 (levels 1-2)
There are classes planned the week before for existing students, unless I am stuck in LA !!!!!! Keep an eye on the website just in case
Note there is a slight change in that classes will now have recommended levels, essentially this means the toughest stuff will happen on a Wed and a Sat, the other classes will be accesible by all levels
Vinyasa Yoga (Levels 1 - 2)
Flowing dynamic yoga practice with focus on alignment and breathing
techniques.
True Power Yoga (Levels 3 - 4)
A stronger dynamic form of yoga inspired by both traditional Indian
Ashtanga and the Californian yogis.
Pilates (Levels 1 - 2)
A progressive Pilates class adjustable to anyone’s needs. Ideal for
recovering from injury, strengthening backs and overall toning.
Personal Training (Levels 1 - 2 & 3 - 4)
A chance to work in a small select group (max 8 people) with a personal
touch. All exercises will be adjustable to your needs.
